THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS TO DO IN LA: [read on]

Fun, enjoyment and experience- what is the first thing that comes into your mind when you hear these words? Well for me, it's TRAVEL. What is travelling without these three words? Yep, think about it- NOTHING

Now in this blog, I'm gonna share with you the best things to do in L.A or Los Angeles. So here's my list:

1] Disneyland California

This world-famous theme park is present in many locations around the world, but the first Disneyland park to open was Disneyland California in 1955! Can you imagine that?
This park consists of two 'sub-parks'- Disneyland California Adventure and Disneyland Park. I went to both parks, and I can't tell which was better!
Disneyland Park      According to me, the best ride in Disneyland Cali Adventure was the Radiator Springs Racers- that was so cool! This ride was based on the super-hit movie Cars which came out in 2006.
In the Disneyland Park, the best one was the Splash Mountain- It was a water-based ride wherein you had to sit on kayaks. There were several drops, but the last one was the best! The kayaks started climbing steeply until.... they dropped! That was intense!

2] Griffith Observatory

You know that Hollywood sign everyone talks about? Well, what they don't talk about is the Griffith Observatory. As far as l know, this was the coolest observatory l've ever seen!

3] California Science Center

This was one of the coolest places to ever be built, because there were so many epic stuff here!! You might not believe me when I'm saying this, but there was a REAL SPACE SHUTTLE in there!

4] Flight Path Museum
This one might be for all those Av-geeks out there. This place was basically a museum with all sorts of information on vintage aircraft, airlines, etc.

But a unique thing that you might not find anywhere else is that there was a myriad of vintage airline flight attendants' uniforms- from the 1950's, 60's, and more! And one more thing, they also had a real McDonnell Douglas DC-3!! If you don't know what this is, it was a vintage aircraft introduced in the 1930s!

5] Hollywood Boulevard, Walk of Fame, and the      Hollywood Sign

The Hollywood Boulevard is one populated area!- stomping of feet, cars honking, all clubbed into a tiny portion of land. You could also see people in superheroes' costumes roaming around

The Hollywood Walk of Fame (which you might have heard about) is basically a footpath with names of iconic heroes, stars and characters. For example: you could see Jackie Chan's name written in a pink star.

Originally, it read 'Hollywoodland' which was apparently a film company long back. But then, due to torrential rains, the 'LAND' went tumbling down the steep hill. The government of Los Angeles decided not to take down the sign and that is the 'Hollywood' sign we know today
          P.S- this was coincidental

So, these were the places I went to and found them amusing. There are many more, but I haven't reviewed them as I have not been to those few places.

Well, thanks for reading this blog and I hope you find it useful!
